Visi and Peps’ master reseller in the US and Canada, TST, has been acquired by Hexagon. The company also develops its own suite of applications that work within the VISI interface and provides support, training and consulting to its customer base throughout North America. Headquartered in Clarkson, Michigan, TST employs a team of 18 who will continue to support Hexagon’s production software portfolio in North America as part of the direct organization.
“TST has an excellent reputation in the mold, die and machining market. VISI and PEPS customers in North America greatly appreciate the training and support from their team,” said Paul Rogers, President – Americas of Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence business. “I look forward to bringing their skills, expertise and market experience to Hexagon and I am confident they will positively impact the experience and value we bring to our customers.”
TST Tooling Software Technologies will be consolidated within Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence business. The acquisition has no material impact on Hexagon’s results.
